Pole Into
This is a foundational class where you’re introduced to the flexibility and strength training drills that’ll prepare you for pole dancing.
You’ll also learn basic moves: the fireman spin, climb and pose, fan kick, swoop to name a few.
You can take this class as often as you’d like before progressing to our Pole Flow, Exotic Spinning and/or Pole Tricks classes.

Pole Flow
This class is all about movement and flow. There’ll be choreographed routines and sequences taught using both simple and intricate transitions to capture the beauty and essence of artistic & lyrical pole dancing.

Pole Tricks
This multilevel pole class builds overall body strength, flexibility, self-confidence and increases general fitness.
We work on spins, climbs, inverts, transition moves and tricks to challenge you at a level appropriate to your ability and experience but also to help you progress to the next level.

Exotic Spinning Pole
This class explores spinning pole combos, sexy dance transitions and a lot of sass.
Sensuous floor work, pole moves and tricks will be put together into exotic dance routines.
You must have completed our Pole Intro or be at a similar level to attend this class.

Aerial
Combining grace, beauty, strength & flexibility, we use aerial silks as well as aerial hoop to dance in the air.
You will move your body around the fabric & hoop into various positions.
Regular folks dance on the floor – how cute. We fabulous beings dance in the air.

Our Flexibility program has evolved into a functional one for mobility and balance to help prevent knots, injuries and achieve functional fitness which is a key pillar of overall health, well-being, body alignment and symmetry.
Our flexibility program not only improves athletic performance, decreases injuries, controls stress and improves relaxation, but also reduces joint deterioration.

C.A.S.T.
Circus Arts Strength Training (CAST) is designed to help build functional strength for the circus arts workshops we offer.

Bungee Dance Fitness
LYFE’s Bungee Dance Fitness class is a full body, high intensity, yet low impact (easy on the joints) workout while attached to a harness and bungee cord. Though physically challenging, there are modifications for all levels.
This class involves strength & resistance training, cardio and dance moves that are incorporated into visually appealing and creatively exciting sequences and routines.
