This class focuses on increasing sensuality, confidence, body awareness & is perfect for anyone who’s not necessarily strong or flexible.
You’ll learn basic moves: the fireman spin, climb and pose, fan kick, floor moves and an exotic routine.
You can take this workshop as often as you’d like before progressing to our Pole Tricks 4 week workshop to build on the foundations learnt in this class.

Pole Tricks
This multilevel pole class builds overall body strength, flexibility, self-confidence and increases general fitness.
We work on spins, climbs, inverts, transition moves and tricks to challenge you at a level appropriate to your ability and experience but also to help you progress to the next level.

Aerial
Combining grace, beauty, strength & flexibility, we use aerial silks as well as aerial hoop to dance in the air.
Fitness drills will condition your body for aerial arts by targeting your core and upper body.
You will move your body around the fabric & hoop into various positions.

Circus Arts Strength Training (CAST) is designed to help build functional strength for the circus arts workshops we offer.
We focus on upper body, core, glute, quad and hamstring strength building. Attendees will inevitably get toned bodies.

Winercise
Winercise is Dance Fitness where we use the Trini “wine” (gyration and oscillation of the waist line) for an invigorating full body workout to get and stay fit while having fun.
Just follow along in the instructor led session.
